Please Initiate All Returns Within 14 Days of Receiving Your Items

We want you to feel amazing in your pieces! If something doesn't fit quite right, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and receive either store credit or your money back, guaranteed.

Please note all “sale items” are final sale & cannot be returned or exchanged! 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note in-store purchases must be returned in person and are not eligible for return by mail.

Online purchases can be returned or exchanged in-store.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. 

• Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
• Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
• Sale Items
• Gift Cards 
• Accessories or Jewelry unless they arrIve damaged.
  
• Hats or any headwear
• Undergarments or bathing suits

Exchanges

In-store exchanges are welcome within our 14-day return window, subject to availability.

For online returns by mail, we do not offer direct exchanges. We provide free return shipping for eligible returns. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the size, color, or item you would like. Standard shipping rates apply to the new order.

Refunds:

At Hazy Daisy Boutique, we want you to feel confident and excited about every piece you pick. We gladly accept returns for a refund to your original form of payment or store credit within 14 days of delivery.
